On Saturday, the Red Bulls will take on Chivas USA at The Home Depot Center at 10:30 PM ET (TV: FSC, FSE; Radio: WADO 1280 AM) for the second and final time this season. Having compiled a 2-1-1 record under interim head coach Richie Williams at Giants Stadium, the club makes its first road trip under its new leader. RED BULLS AT CHIVAS USA: POSTMATCH
Considering the late penalty (wide left!), the Red Bulls earned a deserved point last night at Chivas USA, as Juan Pablo Angel’s 43rd career MLS goal equalized for New York in the 84th minute. Against a Chivas side in need of three points, the Red Bulls played tight defense and allowed only a deflected goal. We caught up with Juan Pablo Angel and Richie Williams after the match to get their reaction.
